Nick Lowe "Heart" Basher--The Best of Nick Lowe
Plenty of good stuff, today, from all over, starting with one of the best sad laments of all time. I do have to admit, though, I like the jaunty Rockpile version of "Heart" way better than Nick's lazy reggae.

For years, I have been meaning to get into Yo La Tengo. Perhaps it is finally time to pull the trigger.
Still one of my top 2 all-time favorite bands, Smitty. Best places to start are Electr-o-pura and I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One but it's all at least very very good. And the latest, Popular Songs, just gets better with each listen.

Welcome to the club, Queen. Always seemed a shame these were so male, but that's lists for you (see High Fidelity).
The bonus is just the next cut, since Random Ten goes to 11.
