Hmmmm, oddly repetitive and hard to see through in places. In fact, I left off Teenage FBI, which played twice in a row on two different albums, for the sake of fair disclosure. Some fine lists, gentlemen.
Clever line re Daniel Johnston, but that's not what I was thinking and while Colvin did record some with MCC, she's not one of the answers either. Now, if you thought about the other Roger Miller you might get somewhere.
But that still leaves two. I'll give people some more time before spilling the beans tomorrow.
O.k. duh. Roger Miller=Mission of Burma. Those last two have me stumped!
Almost forgot I had to spill the beans, but you're right--Mission of Burma is the original home of Roger Miller (and his home once again, too).
